Q: What is a Bicycle Theatre Adventure?
A: A topical, quirky, and funny original productions where the audience travels from scene to scene on bikes. This “bicycle tour meets theater” event was originally developed by Olympia and Front Yard Theatre Collective in 2014. In September/October 2022, a revamped “History on Wheels” entertained an audience of 200+ patrons for 90 minutes, immersing them in a very irreverent version of pioneer Miami history while they traveled to four sites/scenes in Downtown Miami on bikes, rollerblades, and skateboards.

Q: Where does the tour start and how long will the tour last?
A: In Downtown Miami. Exact location will be announced to participants who have purchased tickets on Eventbrite. The bicycle theater adventure will last approximately 1 1/2 to two hours in total.

Q: How long is the route will be biking?
A: The entire pedal route is approximately 2.5 miles/~one hour. The entire tour duration will be 1.5 to 2 hours,

Q: If I don't have a bicycle, can I still join the tour on foot?
A: Sorry, but if you're on foot you won't arrive at the scene locations on time. Please come with a bicycle, rollerblades, skateboard, kick or electric scooter, or any other form of non-motorized personal conveyance.

Q: Can I use my skateboard, rollerblades, kick or electric scooter instead of a bike?
A: Yes, anything on wheels can be used for the tour, as long as it's not motorized.

Q: Can I bring my powered bicycle, hoverboard or any other form of electrified personal transport?
A: Yes, electrified transport is allowed. Motorized vehicles are not allowed.

A: We won't be providing any food or drink ourselves, but attendees are encouraged to begin to bring their own

A: No. We encourage attendees to bring their own abundant water supply.

A: All attendees under the age of 16 are required by Florida State law to wear a helmet “properly fitted that secures to a passenger 's head by a strap”. Helmets are strongly recommended for all other participants.

A: Due to the unpredictability of Florida weather, guests should be prepared for a rain or shine event. Attendees should bring their water, water bottle, snacks, sunscreen, and possibly a raincoat as well.
