Solange Sarria • Singer/Jazz
Solange Sarria is a classically trained singer. Drawing from a strong jazz influence, she brings a smooth sound to any project she participates in. Solange has performed at a variety of venues in Miami, including The Bay Club in Miami Beach, Brothers and Brawlers in Wynwood and music, art and technology festival, iii Points. Her collaborators include local Jazz guitarist Nick Tannura, synth pop group Hunters of the Alps, and psych rock band Heavy Drag. Her current original collaboration, Ivan y El Sol, has brought Solange back to her roots with a Bossa Nova, Rock n' Roll and sultry sound.

Alexander Mikhaylovsky was born in Odessa, Ukraine. At the age of 4, he started to learn violin with his first violin professor, Bella Barsky. Alexander received a bachelors degree in music, then attended the University of Music and Pedagogy in Ulianovsk, Russia where he achieved a Master's Degree in Music in 1990. He has played with various groups including: The Miami Symphony Orchestra, Latin American Chamber Orchestra, Florida Grand Opera, the Miami Ballet. Alexander has worked in the capacity of Orchestra Director with Miami-Dade Public Schools, Miami Beach Academy of Performing Arts, Florida Music Education Center and various private academies.

Vee is a Haitian American author, songwriter, and playwright, and you can expect the unexpected when his friends take the stage.

5 String Swing is a Swing Band led by Jazz violinist Steffen Zeichner with guitarist Greg Diamond. The group provides their own engaging takes on lively Swing and Gypsy Jazz repertoire reminiscent of the classic French Django Reinhardt/Stéphane Grappelli group of the 1930’s and 40’s, along with vintage Klezmer and tunes from the Great American Songbook! Both Steffen and Greg have Doctoral degrees from the University of Miami's Frost School of Music and they actively perform throughout South Florida and nationally.

Olympia Arts MIAMI developed a prototype gallery window for our 2022 Street Galleries project featuring the work of Miami artist Monique Lassooij at 156 E. Flagler Street.
Street Galleries are vacant storefront windows turned into artist specific art galleries "...taking visual art to the streets" of the historic Flagler District of Downtown Miami. Olympia Arts MIAMI will formally launch our Street Galleries project in 2022.
