Assumption of Risk and Waiver and Release
Individual registration for or participation in this event includes agreement to Assumption of Risk and Waiver and Release as described in more detail below.
Assumption of Risk
I understand and accept that manual transportation, such as riding a bicycle, roller blades, skateboarding, or other means of manual transportation and participating in this tour could expose me to many hazards and entails unavoidable risk of death or personal injury. I also understand that I should be in good physical health to participate in the tour. I hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself and loss of or damage to property arising out participating in the tour.
I realize the importance of wearing a helmet and should I refuse to wear a helmet or remove a helmet at any time during the tour, I do so by my own free will and understand that I will further expose myself to all the risks, hazards, and possible injuries stated in this waiver.
Waiver And Release
I specifically release and forever discharge Olympia Center, Inc. and its officers, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all liability or claims for injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to property which I may suffer while participating in the tour.
By registration for or participation in this event, I agree that this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding continue in full legal force and effect.
In addition, I agree to grant Olympia Center, Inc. worldwide royalty free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional purposes.
